An introduction to reflective practice What is reflective practice? This resource is intended to support reflective practice within the outdoor learning profession. It is designed not just for those who are undertaking training via the Delivering Experiential Learning module on Reflective Practice, but also those who are enrolled on the Institute for Outdoor Learning (IOL) accreditation scheme, and for any practitioner who wants to think more deeply about what they do and to find ways of improving all aspects of their work and life.
