Biography
We are a not-for-profit, social enterprise, providing hill and mountain based activities for young people and adults.
We have over 18 years experience providing high quality Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) expedition programmes to schools, youth groups and individuals. We staff all expeditions in remote countryside, and all practice expeditions at a ratio of 1:7. This ensures the safety of all participants and creates a high quality learning environment.
In addition to DofE Expeditions for Schools and Youth Groups and Open DofE Expeditions for Individuals, we offer a range of other outdoor activities, challenges, courses and events.
Activities We Offer Include:
Mountain Challenge events like the Yorkshire 3 Peaks
Taking groups up Snowdon, Scafell Pike and other UK hills and mountains
Hill and Mountain Skills in the Peak District, Lake District and Snowdonia
Rock Climbing in Yorkshire, the Peak District and Lake District
Winter Skills and guided walking in Wales, Scotland and Northern England
Competent Persons to Advise on Safety
Lupine Adventure Co-operative are deemed Competent Persons to advise on safety. This means we are able to provide your organisation with technical advice on how to run your DofE programmes.
