Sara is the Training, Research and Consultancy Manager at Beyond Bendrigg.
Sara is qualified in compassion fatigue and resilience and is an experienced trainer and coach who has worked in the NHS and charity sectors with disabled people and those with long term conditions for over 20 years. Beyond Bendrigg is part of Bendrigg, an inclusive outdoor centre in Cumbria working with disabled people and those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Beyond Bendrigg works with the outdoor and leisure sectors to confidence and capacity in working with disabled people through training and consultancy, ensuring that adventure is open to all.
