Full Time position. Permanent – two-year contract up for renewal

Salary: 10,000AED monthly with incentive if targets are reached

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our adventure packages to schools and outdoor enthusiasts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, interact with diverse clientele, and be a part of a team dedicated to promoting outdoor recreation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell adventure packages to school groups.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective ommunication and exceptional service.

• Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to clients based on their interests, preferences, and skill levels.

• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.•

 Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products/services to maintain a competitive edge.

• Participate in outdoor events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase ourofferings and attract potential customers.

 

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize admin effectively.

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and objectives.

• Passion for outdoor adventure and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing the outdoor experience with others.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, especially during peak seasons.

• A driver's license is essential for this position.

• The candidate must be Fluent in English.

• Knowledge and experience of outdoor activities, equipment, and safety practices preferred.

• Background in education would be an advantage.
