We’re looking for an Outdoor Education Co-ordinator to:
- Mentor and support outdoor education tutors
- Oversee and maintain equipment for adventurous activities
- Ensure activities are safe, inclusive, and engaging
- Provide feedback and guidance to foster professional growth
- Model best practice in session delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of outdoor activities
- Maintain and develop equipment in line with National Governing Body standards
- Track and ensure equipment is safe and suitable
- Plan an equipment replacement programme tailored to student needs
- Enable students to progress towards NGB qualifications
- Deliver group and one-to-one sessions
- Maintain personal competency in water-based activities
- Expand the breadth and depth of RP’s activities
- Ensure compliance with HSE inspections (e.g., AALS, RYA)

Application Criteria
- Senior instructor qualifications in at least one land and water-based activity (Paddlesport, Dinghy, RYA, WGL, CWI, MIAS)
- Valid Outdoor First Aid Certificate
- Full, valid driver’s license
