Overview
Are you ready to inspire the next generation through adventure and outdoor learning? Manor Adventure is looking for passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic Activity Instructors to join our team and deliver unforgettable experiences at our residential outdoor activity centres.
About The Role
As an Activity Instructor, you will:
- Lead and deliver a range of exciting outdoor activities such as climbing, archery, abseiling, canoeing, high ropes, and team challenges
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants at all times
- Engage and motivate children and young people, helping them build confidence and skills
- Support the day-to-day running of the centre and contribute to a fun, professional atmosphere
- Work as part of a friendly and dedicated team in a stunning outdoor setting
What We Are Looking For
- A passion for working with young people in the great outdoors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A positive attitude and team player mentality
- No previous experience required – full training and qualifications provided
- Applicants must be 18 years or older at the time of employment
