Any motions must be submitted to Fiona at IOL HERE by midday, 22 October 2025. They must be written in the appropriate format and have five members (who have been members since January of that year) proposing the resolution.

6. Executive Committee elections

The executive committee currently consists of eight members

Five current members of the Executive Committee are standing down and four will be standing for re-election.
Members wishing to stand for election are invited to submit their names and supporting statement (maximum 500 words) to Fiona at IOL HERE by midday, 22 October 2025.
In the event that more nominations are received than available positions, a vote will be conducted and the results will be announced at the AGM.
