Any motions must be submitted to Fiona HERE at IOL by midday, 1 December 2026. They must be written in the appropriate format and have a proposer and seconder (who have been members since January of this year) and a supporting statement of no more than 250 words.

6. Committee elections

The executive committee currently consists of seven members

Two Committee positions are currently vacant.
Members wishing to stand for election to these two positions are invited to submit their names and supporting statement (maximum 250 words) to Fiona at IOL by midday, 1 December 2026.
In the event that more nominations are received than available positions, a vote will be conducted and the results will be announced at the AGM.
