Association for Outdoor Therapy (AOT) 
Annual General Meeting: 3 November 7.00pm – 8.00pm 

 
The Annual General Meeting will take place virtually via Zoom on Tuesday 3 November, at 7.00pm. 

All members of the Association for Outdoor Therapy are welcome to attend this event where we will summarise and report AOT activity, and members will have opportunities to ask questions.   

 

Meeting Agenda 

  1. Welcome to the AGM from the AOT Chair 
  1. Consideration of the annual report provided by the Management Committee.  
  1. Consideration of the financial position of the association.  
  1. Management Committee Update 
  • Announcement of newly appointed Committee Members 
  1. Responses to questions submitted in advance by members. 
  1. The Chair’s closing remarks. 

Following the AGM there will be an opportunity for AOT members to ask questions and discuss the next AOT conference, and share any updates they would like to with members outside of the AGM.

Please remember to check junk email for your meeting link and follow instructions for logging on as you will need to have logged onto the IOL member area for access to the meeting.
