Water Park Adventure Centre on Coniston Water have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month Traineeship. You will work alongside experienced Tutors delivering outdoor education to a range of clients from our 37-bed residential centre in the beautiful Lake District National Park.
In addition to working with the clients, there will be regular skill acquisition days for you to progress personally in the activities. Trainees form an important part of the staff team here and operate under similar conditions to the full-time team. During your time with us, you will have opportunities to earn relevant NGB awards, which Water Park will cover.
