Ardentinny Outdoor Education Centre is recruiting Outdoor Education Instructors to join our team on the stunning West Coast of Scotland.

In This Role You Will
- Deliver dynamic, safe and engaging outdoor learning experiences for school and other groups
- Support the development of confidence, resilience, teamwork and personal growth in participants
- Lead activities aligned to learning outcomes in residential settings
- Be a dedicated ambassador for residential outdoor education and articulate why it matters
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll already have experience and knowledge in outdoor education, and a genuine passion for the outdoors. To be successful in this role you’ll hold at least two of the following three qualifications:
• Summer Mountain Leader
• Rock Climbing Instructor
• Paddle Sport Touring Leader
You’ll also be:
- Confident and articulate
- Committed to safe and impactful outdoor learning
- Ready to contribute positively to the centre’s mission, ethos and team culture
Pay & Contract
- £15 per hour
- Minimum of 1500 hours per year
- Fixed term/Seasonal (with potential for longer-term progression)
