Deputy Activity Manager – Maternity Cover
Mount Cook Adventure Centre is looking for an experienced and passionate outdoor professional to step into the role of Deputy Activity Manager on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing instructional experience and develop your skills in leadership, people management and the day-to-day running of a busy adventure centre. Working alongside the Activity Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting and developing our instructor team, creating monthly staff rota’s, maintaining high standards of safety and delivery, and helping us provide exceptional experiences for every group that visits.
This position is available for a prompt start to allow for a suitable handover period. This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and in line with the requirement of the current immigration and asylum legislation, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the U.K. There is an expectation to work some evenings, weekends and public holidays.
