Instructor at Grafham Water Centre

Grafham water centre is recruiting for instructor positions for next season. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team delivering high quality outdoor learning on the shores of Grafham Water. Candidates will hold at least one of the below qualifications: 
 

  • RYA Dinghy Instructor 
  • RYA Windsurf Instructor 
  • RYA Wingsurf Instructor 
  • BCAB Paddlesport Instructor 
  • BCAB Paddlesport Leader 
  • MT Climbing Wall Instructor 
  • MT Rock Climbing Instructor 
  • ERCA Traditional Ropes Course Instructor 
  • Any mountain bike award such as MIAS Level 1 

Al candidates must hold a valid in date first aid certificate and be willing to complete an enhance DBS check.   

Salary: £24,413 - £25,583

Grafham Water Centre is a popular Outdoor Education Centre run by Cambridge County Council based on the shores of Grafham Water reservoir in Perry, Cambridgeshire. We are a lively and busy residential centre catering for a wide range of school and youth groups as well as offering courses for both adults and children. Benefits specifically for Grafham Water Centre staff: 

  • 37-hour annualised hours contract. Some evening and weekend work will be required. We also have a range of part time and sessional contracts available to suit your availability.
