A bit about the role
As Gilwell Park’s Ground Maintenance Manager, you’ll look after the practical care and improvement of our 108-acre estate, including its formal grounds, woodland, grassland and natural spaces. You’ll also lead volunteers and groups on site and help bring our woodland management plan and wider nature regeneration plans to life through practical improvements across Gilwell Park.
