Events Co-ordinator at Scout Adventures

We're looking for an Events Coordinator to join our amazing Scout Adventures team based at Gilwell Park.

Hours: 35 hours per week – Including some evenings and weekends.

A bit about the role

Scout Adventures is looking for an Events Co-ordinator to support the planning and delivery of a wide range of events at Gilwell Park. The role sits at the heart of our growing events programme, supporting youth, adult and public events ranging from 100 to 2,500 attendees.

Working closely with the General Manager, Deputy Manager and operational teams, you’ll help deliver high-quality, safe and well-run events, support customer bookings and enquiries, and act as a key on-site contact during event delivery.

This is a hands-on role in a supportive team, offering the chance to build strong event management experience and help shape the future of Gilwell Park’s events portfolio.

Based on-site at Gilwell Park, with occasional ad-hoc working from home.
