Hours: 30 – 37.5 hours per week (other, more flexible hours would be considered)

About the role
Youth Options has developed a reputation for delivering high quality Outdoor Learning provision in the Eastleigh and Southampton areas. The aim of our provision is to engage, develop and empower children and young people to develop their social and emotional capabilities and improve their engagement with learning through nature-based activities.
As the Team Leader for Outdoor Learning in the Eastleigh, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Outdoor Learning delivering and team in Eastleigh at our Outdoor Learning Centre in Bishopstoke.
Your role will be to engage local school and education provides to plan, implement, and review nature-based learning programmes and activities to meet the needs of the children and young people. You will lead the delivery of all outdoor learning programmes with a responsibility for programme content, maintenance and preparation of materials, resources and activity areas, the organisation of team rotas, and programme quality.
As well as planning and organising delivery, you will be responsible for line managing the team of Outdoor Learning Leaders providing them with high-quality management and support.
Occasional evening and weekend working will be required.
