Apprentice In Hospitality, Food and Drink – 37 hpw, 6 hours college time included

Rate of Pay; £8.22 per hour
One year Fixed Term contract
Work Pattern: Flexible to cover the needs of the centre. Weekly hours will be worked over 10days in a 14day period. Working rota’s will be agreed in advance. Will include weekend and evening work.
We are a friendly team seeking to appoint a motivated individual with the aptitude and ability to undertake a Level 2 apprentice programme, in partnership with Kendal College. The role involves both on and off the job training and gaining experience in the young people and schools hospitality sector.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week over 5 days, including some weekend and evening work. You will be work across front of house, domestic and catering departments to support delivery at a busy outdoor centre.

For this apprenticeship the following are required:
- Maths and English Level 2 Functional Skills or GCSE qualifications grade A* to C (or 4 to 9).
- ECHP: For those with an education, health and care plan or a legacy statement the apprenticeships English and Maths minimum requirement is Entry Level 3 and British Sign Language qualification are an alternative to English qualifications for whom this is their primary language.
