IOL NW Practitioners’ CPD Gathering 2018 - CALL FOR PRESENTERS

IOL NW Practitioners’ CPD Gathering 2018 - CALL FOR PRESENTERS

Aims of the Day

For people who are passionate about outdoor learning and committed to best practice; the Practitioners’ Gathering is the CPD event for you. The event complements our IOL NW January conference and the workshops are an opportunity to learn from others, extend skills and deepen knowledge.

Workshops will take place in or around the National Trust’s Low Wray Campsite. This is situated on the western shore of Windermere near Ambleside and gives a range of accessible environments including lakeshore, woodland, open meadowland and pasture.

Please note that this year the event will include both daytime and evening sessions therefore facilitating use of twilight/darkness and the opportunities for outdoor learning that those times present.

The event will take place entirely outdoors with gatherings around a central fire. Own food and flask will be required and a cooking fire will be available to share.
