IOL support for all those caught up in the Ukraine Crisis

The Trustees of the Institute for Outdoor Learning have agreed that we would like to show our support for all those caught up in the Ukraine Crisis by supporting and promoting the work of the British Red Cross.

You can be involved in this humanitarian disaster by either donating funds or by educating yourself and others as to the reality of the crisis in regards to refugees, the rules of war and the impact this has on all of us.  Please go through the following links if you would like to know more:

More than 500,000 people have left the country according to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, and many more thousands are displaced from their homes within Ukraine. We want to see a kinder and compassionate way to support refugees and British Red Cross have a wealth of teaching resources on this topic - see here
