Online Learning in Outdoor First Aid Training

The COVID-19 Pandemic has seen a wider shift to a range of online learning opportunities including webinars, podcasts, presentations, virtual, and live training courses. There has been a growing interest in the inclusion of a proportion of blended learning for Outdoor First Aid training and the attached statement sets out the current IOL position.

IOL recognise this is a dynamic environment and we will continue to monitor the situation and work with awarding bodies and training organisations to explore good practice for online delivery of training and assessment.

Please get in touch with neal.a@outdoor-learning.org to share your views and contribute to future developments.
