SALARY: National Pay Band £20,300 to £27,300. Starting Salary National £20,300 to £21,430 per annum

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual with specialist skills and qualifications in outdoor learning to join our team.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

As a Prince’s Trust Executive you will engage and build quality relationships with young people, volunteers and partners. An effective communicator you will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making the right decision for young people. An effective communicator and collaborator you will thrive in both team and independent work. We are looking for individuals who engage in challenges with optimism and resilience, who are adaptive and flexible, embracing change and innovation.
Working as part of a team in the North Wales area, you will meet annual targets to ‘connect’, ‘progress’ and help ‘transform’ the lives of young people who need us most. You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making the right decision for young people. You will thrive in both team work and autonomous settings. Delivery teams help young people by;
* Ensuring young people who need us the most are recruited and engaged
* Ensuring every young person ‘progressed’ has an action plan with an appropriate pathway of support
* Recruitment and management of trusted partners who refer to and/or deliver our services
* The recruitment and management of volunteers to support and deliver our services
We will consider all experiences but we particularly would like to hear from people with experience of using outdoor learning to support the development of young people.
As a Prince’s Trust Executive you will work directly with young people, to deliver programmes and activities to support and encourage young people to live, learn and earn. You will support delivery of our full programme of which outdoor learning is a part. We are looking for an individual who will engage in challenges with optimism and resilience, who are adaptive, flexible, ready to embrace change and innovation. The successful candidate will have the following:
- Significant experience of planning and leading outdoor learning sessions with a strong focus on personal development.
- Experience of facilitating residential work in an outdoor environment.
- A minimum of 2 NGB qualifications from the following with evidence of experience in a third area`
- Summer ML
- Single Pitch Award/Climbing Wall Award
- TCL/MTB L2
- BC Paddlesport Leader or Instructor/ UKCC L2
- Relevant Outdoor First Aid qualification
Qualifications in youth work, IAG and candidates with D1/D1+e driving licenses are desirable.
You will be a natural and effective communicator, passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making the right decision for young people. Working as part of a team within a defined geographical area, you will work with clear objectives to ‘connect’, ‘progress’ and help ‘transform’ the lives of young people who need us most.
