Why work for Land & Wave in Dorset?

We'll pay you a fair wage.

We'll pay for training and assessment courses; we're planning Sea Kayak Leader, Lowland Leader and Rock Climbing Instructor training and assessment courses (and more) during 2018 these will be free for our staff.

The Dorset coast is incredible for climbing, coasteering, SUP, kayaking and wild swimming.

We have a team that is big enough to achieve fantastic things but small enough to be friendly and human.

All our managers spend at least a day a week working with clients in the sea or in the woods.

We work with school children Monday - Friday. We work with stag groups, corporate clients, family's and 'open sessions' at the weekends.

During the school holidays we're busy with Gold DofE residentials, kids clubs and youth sessions - there's lots of variety.
