Front Office Manager
Girlguiding is currently recruiting a Front Office Manager to be based at Foxlease, reporting to the Centre Manager.
The Front Office Manager will be required to ensure the delivery of high quality event programmes in line with guidelines provided by the TAC Programme & Events Group and coordinate all bookings, ensuring the process from enquiry to visit is efficient, to a consistently high standard and delivers to customers’ needs. The post holder will also assist in post-event evaluations, coordinate feedback and communicate areas for improvement to the wider team. He or she will also be required to manage all relevant administrative staff with responsibility for customer care and training, event and conference delivery along with managing an efficient bookings system and ensuring the highest standards of customer care are maintained at all times.
The successful candidate must have experience of delivering events or programmed activity in a conference or activity centre environment to a defined budget and the ability to motivate and encourage staff as well as be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. He or she must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
The Front Office Manager must be able to work 35 hours spread over five/six days per week. As Foxlease is open seven days a week, the post holder will be required to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
