Working Hours: Annualised hours contract based on 30 hours per week average. Actual daily hours by arrangement - will include regular evening and weekend working

Salary: £17,612 - £19,999 per annum Pro Rata (£14,281 - £16,222) plus discretionary annual bonus.

Limited On-Site accommodation available if required (£120 PCM deducted from salary).

Thorpe Woodlands Adventure Centre offers a fantastic range of residential and single-day outdoor learning opportunities. Our main customers are primary aged school groups but we also work with children with additional needs, youth groups, secondary schools, colleges and families.

We are looking for an experienced Outdoor Instructor who is competent in the delivery of a wide range of activities which will include team building, climbing, high ropes, canoeing, mountain biking, archery, caving and other activities.

Applicants for this post will need to demonstrate a love for the outdoors and must enjoy working alongside children and young people. Ideally, you will have at least 2 NGB Awards in outdoor activities and previous experience of delivering adventurous activities with groups. The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings is also an essential requirement of this post.
