Senior Outdoor Learning Instructor with Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development

Starting at £31,262 per annum (Band £31,262 - £33,321). Based on 36-hour week.

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Outdoor Learning Instructor at our vibrant centre, Henley Fort in Guildford, Surrey. This is an exciting and key role within the Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) team. This role has a remit to manage, deliver and develop quality outdoor learning opportunities for our customers. The post holder will oversee the operations of the centre, ensuring customers and staff are well managed, and ensuring that the service provided is of high quality and exceeds customers' expectations.

To be considered for interview, your application will clearly evidence:

Experience and skills in managing a team using performance management processes.

Experience of planning and implementation of resources and programmes.

Experience of preparing and maintaining for NGB, centre recognition and health and safety inspections.

A minimum if 3 NGB's. At least one at a senior level + current First Aid certificate.

Comprehensive understanding and extensive experience in the use of high-quality outdoor learning in a range of settings and experience of working with groups with a range of different needs.
