This is a fantastic development opportunity. At Cambridge Steiner School, outdoor education is at the heart of the schools ethos and curriculum. We have our own outdoor curriculum that includes, bush craft, land based learning, expeditions, gardening, outdoor crafts such as green woodwork etc. Our ambition is that the outdoor learning becomes fully integrated with our curriculum to provide a rich, meaningful and experiential educational experience for our young people. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to further develop and enhance our existing outdoor curriculum. They will be responsible for overseeing the outdoor education provision and delivering most of the lessons.
