Outdoor Adventure Instructors with Absolute Adventure

Absolute Adventure is an award-winning company based in Dubai, working out of several adventure camps in UAE and Oman. Our camps are located in areas of outstanding natural beauty within a short walk of the beach and/or near 2000m high mountains. Much of our work is on school residential activity and field study camps working with all year groups and curriculum styles: British, American, Cambridge and IB. We also work with individuals, corporates, charities, individuals and tourist groups.

Our environments include mangrove forest, coral reef, beach, coastal cliff, open ocean, desert, salt flats, mountain and wadi.

We are hiring qualified, hard working, motivated, and culturally adaptable outdoor adventure instructors from October 2022 to April 2023. We welcome applications from candidates who can commit to this entire period.

The successful candidates will be provided with the following benefits:
* Fight allowance of AED 2500.

We will arrange to have you picked up at the Dubai International Airport (DXB). 

* Shared furnished housing.

* Paid utility bills.

* Free WiFi.

* All meals while on school programs.

* Food allowance.

* Monthly tax-free salary of AED 5500 – 7000 (dependent on qualifications & experience).

* Medical Insurance.

* 8 days off per month

* Work visa.

* Uniform.

Essential Skills:

* Recognized certificates in at least one of the following fields:

Mountain Leadership, Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing, High Ropes, Abseiling, Sea Kayaking, SUP, Orienteering, Coasteering, Archery, Fencing, Air Rifle Shooting, Bush Craft and Survival Skills.

* Clean driving license.

* Current DBS certificate or police clearance letter.

* 2+ years experience instructing

* High level of fitness.

* Mature, professional attitude to the industry.

 

Preferred:

* Duke of Edinburgh International Award assessor will be an advantage.

* Foreign language skills will be an advantage.

* Nature studies based degree will be an advantage.
