CANCELLED Adventure for All - IOL PPG Conference 2019

Do you have an interest in working with people with disabilities in the outdoors? Do you want the opportunity to network with other providers and share best practice?

The Adventure for All Conference which is being hosted by Hindleap Warren, a spectacular centre set in beautiful East Sussex woodland is a great event to learn new skills, get advice on disability equipment and get inspiration to become a more accessible activity provider.

Adventure for All is an IOL Professional Practice Group that has been going for over 30 years, bringing together the most experienced and knowledgeable people under one shared aim…making the outdoors more accessible for people with disabilities.

The conference will be over three days with Friday comprising of CPD workshops, on Saturday there will be speakers, presentations and interactive learning and Sunday will be business matters and the AGM.

We have some fantastic speakers confirmed including renowned adventurer Alex Staniforth and GB Para climbing team member and campaigner Anita Aggarwal. More recently we have forged much stronger links with the British Mountaineering Council and Mountain Training who will be providing support to this year’s conference.

Please note: Hindleap Warren have a school group in the Centre which leave on Friday, therefore, unfortunately, accommodation is not available on Thursday evening and lunch cannot be provided for the CPD day on Friday.
