Complete your Personal Values Questionnaire (PVQ) at the IOL Strategic Leadership Workshop
Our values fuel our actions, emotions, and behaviour. Values are tied in with ethics and morals; they guide our judgment and prepare us to choose actions according to their consequences.

IOL has been given access to the questionnaire, coding and analysis forms by Professor Shalom H. Schwartz for suitably qualified individuals to administer the Personal Values Questionnaire.
The PVQ organises ten fundamental values into four domains.
The results of the PVQ will give you a way to reflect on what is important to you as a manager and leader. You will be able to challenge yourself as to whether your values inform the choices and the decisions you make throughout your working life as well as the major life changing decisions you make.
