The workshop is recommended for people who:
• Are supervising or managing others in their role
• May be a lead or senior instructor, deputy head of centre or equivalent
• Want to participate in practical and enjoyable CPD
• Want to be ready for their current or next job move or promotion
Many people attending will be APIOL holders who want to continue their professional development. Some will be aspire be a Leading Practitioner of the Institute for Outdoor Learning.
Delivered by Neal Anderson. Neal is a valued psychology and leadership consultant working with within the private and public sector. He is a Qualified Teacher, UKCP Registered Psychotherapist & Supervisor, Project Manager for the Outdoor Trailblazer Apprenticeship group and the IOL Professional Standards Manager. His outdoor learning career includes instructing, teaching and leading outdoor centres.
