IOL are pleased to announce that we have been awarded another Leave No Trace themed contract with Scottish Natural Heritage.
 
IOL will be responsible for :
 
1.  The preparation and delivery of up to two 2-day trainers workshops;
2.  The recruitment and selection of the ten participants or potential trainers to be trained on the two 2-day trainers course.
3.   Administer the trained IOL LNT trainers registration forms and their proposals for the preparation and delivery of their practical activity events for the public (Scottish Outdoor Access Festival of events) These events will take place between 1st – 20th  July 2009)
4.   Co-ordinate the list of 20 events to be delivered by the trained IOL LNT trainers
5.  Prepare, design, publish and promote a guide to the 20 events.
 
The Project Manager will be Peter Braidwood (April until July). This role will be in addition to his revised RPIOL and PDO Management duties which will come into effect on April 1st. It is anticipated that the PM duties of this project will take no more than the equivalent of 1 day a week.

The leader of the 2 day training workshops will be Myles Farnbank and IOL Head Office (Fiona) will cover all administration tasks.
