2006 Conference Report
The Conference on 1st April 2006 was a BIG success. Places were snapped up quickly and it was fully booked for some time before the day.

Not a spare seat in the house
The weekend started with over 50 delegates in residence on the Friday night and a chance to try out the local beers! During breakfast next morning, the rest of the 130 or so delegates started to arrive, collecting enormous packs of information, having a coffee and meeting with friends who had come from Northern Ireland, and Ireland, Wales, Scotland, all corners of England and one had flown in from France.
Our venue was the wonderful Leadership Trust Centre, Ross-on-Wye, who provided us with a perfect setting and excellent facilities.

Simon Waring opened the Conference with a discussion on the Conference title - “Is Leadership Possible When Regulations Rule” - before the first workshop session. There was then a superb lunch followed by two further excellent inter-active workshop sessions in the afternoon, some of which were outside in glorious weather. Saturday evening dinner had the benefit of an after dinner talk from Roger Orgill, who traced our origins and posed some intriguing questions about our possible courses for the future.
