The Institute encourages participation in outdoor learning by developing quality, safety and opportunity in outdoor provision and by supporting and enhancing the good practice of those who work in the field. We support these aims with a commitment to excellence, supported by our policies of environmental sustainability and management of diversity. Click HERE for an application form.

Advertise your services to other members

  • We had a large response from members who were interested in sponsoring the reverse of the new membership cards for 2008. This space was taken by a membership organisation.
  • As only one organisation/member could use this space we have looked at other ways of helping members promote themselves to IOL members and have decided to print a leaflet that will go out to all members with their membership confirmation pack or renewal for 2008. There will be space on this sheet to advertise or promote your organisation, in full colour, with prices that start from under £50. You can use the space in any way you like....
  • Sizes start with a space measuring 80mm wide x 20mm deep.
  • Next is 80mm wide x 40mm deep.
  • The largest size will be 80mm wide x 125mm deep.
  • Contact me at IOL if you'd like to know more: fiona@outdoor-learning.org

The Institute for Outdoor Learning is funded entirely through membership subscription and occasional generous donations from individuals who wish to help us achieve our aims.  If you feel you could help us, please complete a donation form by clicking here.  If you are a UK Tax payer you can increase the value of your donation (at no extra cost to yourself) by filling out a Gift Aid declaration.
