Lifelong Learning Programme
The European Commission has published a call for proposals to the Life-Long Learning Programme. The Programme has a total budget of €7 bill ion and includes general and vocational education and training activities that are organised in co-operation with other European countries. A number of sport-related projects have received funding for EU training programmes in the past and the current programme contains a number of focus areas that could appeal to sports organisations, such as health education, school sports lessons, promotion of intercultural dialogue and adult education and training. The first deadlines for submitting proposals are in February and March.
