Send an email with all 5 of the following to Louise at IOL.

  • 1. Mark your email subject as 'Job Advert'.
  • 2. Quote your membership name and membership number. If you are not an organisation member of IOL, we can still place your advert but will need payment of £100 in advance - contact Louise (01768 885800) to pay by card or request an invoice. (Level 1 Organisation members get 1 free job advert per year, Level 2 Organisation members get 3 free job adverts per year, Level 3 Organisation members get unlimted job adverts)
  • 3. State the category for each of the job/s which you are advertising: (Management, Instructor/Practitioner, Lecturing/Teaching, Seasonal/Short Term Contract, Volunteer/Traning, Overseas, Admin/Sales, Catering/Domestic). You can choose a second category for each job if necessary.
  • 4. State the Closing Date for applications (otherwise the advert will be taken off the site after one month). Once an advert has been removed after its closing date a relisting is considered as a new advert. Job adverts are listed in Closing Date order. Brand new listed jobs will be coded on GREEN background and marked ' NEW'.
  • 5. Details of the job (not forgetting to include job title, organisation name, brief job description, location, closing date and contact information etc.)
  • 6. And one last thing.... Please check the details of your job advert carefully prior to submitting it to us.

When will your job advert appear on the site?

We endeavour to place job adverts within 2 working days of receipt (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays) and are pleased to say that most are placed the same day if received by 10 a.m.

Occasional circumstances mean that we cannot guarantee to place adverts within this time scale.

Note....

Once an advert has been removed after its closing date a relisting is considered as a new advert and needs all info supplying to us again.
