The Teaching and Learning Team is responsible for the recruitment, training and management of staff with a particular focus on our Field/Group Leader team. The department has three distinct functions; Pre Service Training delivery, Staff Field Training and Staff Leadership /Management.
We are seeking a self motivated person who is willing to lead in an organisational capacity to develop and implement strategies that ensure our staff are recruited, trained, motivated and challenged in a timely and effective manner. You will be a staff oriented professional with outstanding attention to detail, and be able to act as a change agent while delivering/managing tangible outcomes.

Established in 1984, OEG is the largest provider of Outdoor Education in Australia with over 70 clients schools and 20,000 young people in the outdoors annually. We strive to deliver excellence in outdoor education through partnerships with our clients in order to prepare young people for the personal, social and environmental challenges in their lives.
OEG has provisions to sponsor VISA applicants on a minimum two year contract basis.
Commencement in October/November 2008, flexible handover time.
