Motiv8 Outdoors Trainee Instructor (Portsmouth) £14,142 - £16,423 per annum
We wish to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Trainee instructor to assist the Coordinator in the development and delivery of Motiv8 Outdoors programmes. You will support in the planning and delivery of all areas of the outdoor services including the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. You will have knowledge of issues affecting young people, bring a range of approaches to complement our existing staff team and be willing to work flexibly, including some weekend and evening working.

The post would suit a candidate who has a genuine interest in embarking on a career in Environmental and Outdoor Education and wishes to gain practical first hand experience.
It is a mandatory requirement to hold a clean driving licence, training can be provided to gain a minibus endorsement, if required.
In addition the post holder will have a valid first aid certificate, for which training can be provided if necessary. All Motiv8 staff undergo an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) disclosure.
