With overall responsibility for the RYA recognised training centre
your main focus will be on :
* activities associated with Champion Club Status
* promoting racing within the Club
* improving the skills of the Club volunteers (Support Services)
* maintaining to the highest standards all the Club’s equipment

Salary c £22,000 p.a

Candidates should have a proven track record of working in a customer facing
role within the marine business & have RYA Senior Instructor qualifications.
