No previous experience necessary, full training provided.

 

Beamish Hall is a country house hotel set in 24 acres of beautiful landscape. We are in the development stages of building a high ropes activity course and a birds of prey conservation centre.  We are currently looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic people to join our team on the ropes course as instructors.


Some of the duties that you will have to perform as an instructor include:
-  Making  sure all participants comply with weight/height  regulations
-  Demonstrate and supervise the correct use of safety equipment
-  Provide a safe environment for the participants by monitoring their progress and offering guidance and support if necessary
- Ensure all equipment used during the activities is returned to storage
- Maintenance and regular checks of all the Personal Protective Equipment (helmets, harnesses, ropes etc)

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to perform under pressure, be punctual, and be able to work unsupervised. No previous experience required as we provide all necessary training.
We have both part-time and full time positions available.
