Northampton Watersports Centre Senior Instructor/OnBoard Development Officer Salary Range £ [16,000 – £18,000] Northampton Watersports Centre, in partnership with the Royal Yachting Association, wish to appoint a Senior Instructor/Onboard Development Officer to coordinate centre activities and develop a major RYA initiative, called Onboard within the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire area. Onboard is a national RYA programme which aims to increase the number of young people who regularly participate in sailing and windsurfing activities. As a development officer for Onboard you will work with a range of sailing clubs, sailing centres, schools and youth organisations to initiate more local sailing opportunities for young people in the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire area. If you have 2 years experience of teaching, excellent communication skills, drive and enthusiasm, this post is for you!
