The Outdoor Education Group is a non profit provider of outdoor experiential learning. Our mission is to deliver excellence in Outdoor Education through partnerships with our clients, in order to prepare young people for the personal, social and environmental challenges in their lives.

The Senior Manager role is responsible for creating and nurturing excellent strategic relationships with schools to ensure that our programs meet their individual needs. We seek visionary leadership and a passion for success plus:

- A proven background in educational program development and implementation
- Experience of the education sector.
- Ability to develop outcomes based curriculum and mentor the successful delivery of outcomes focused
- Unwavering focus on quality of client relationship management
- Outstanding communication abilities with proven negotiation and presentation skills
- Formal teaching and/or outdoor education/recreation qualifications are highly regarded
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills both in an administrative and field environment

OEG has provisions to sponsor overseas applicants on a minimum two year contract basis. This role is based in Victoria, Australia.
