Workshop on

Challenging Behaviour

As part of IOL's on going commitment to continuous professional development we are running a second pilot for this CPD.

This will be a one day practical and hands-on event looking at awareness of behavioural traits in students and how to engage these students without pressing their buttons or without them pressing yours. The day's course will give you a 'tool kit' to take away with you to use in your own work place.
