Our venue - Scalford Hall is an excellent country house hotel with 88 en-suite bedrooms, 9 training rooms and 15 syndicate rooms all set in extensive grounds. We have sole use of the hall for the event.
Overview
An event designed to have something to offer a wide range of practitioners. Opportunity to be challenged, share ideas, reflect and learn together.
Day 1 is designed for practitioners, senior practitioners and managers with an interest in the future development of the Outdoor Learning Sector (and their place within it). Strategic input and debate considering the role of outdoor learning in adventure, leisure and sustainability.
Day 2 is a menu of workshops and a chance to top-up your CPD with something for everyone including those both full time and part-time in the outdoors. Workshop topics will be: • Outdoor Skills • Professional Development in Outdoor Learning • Leadership & Management Development • Health & Safety and Legislation for Practitioners
This is some of the most cost effective and wide ranging CPD available with 3 or 4 sessions in the day with up to 10 workshops in each session. (Full details will be announced on the website)

Outline: Amazing selection of workshops, something for everyone.
There will be workshops and an IOL Forum (Quick fire round of updates from IOL Special Interest Groups) then Conference review and memorabilia and close at 4.30.
