How to place your listing...

Standard listing (date/title/venue/provider/cost/phone)
  • FREE for IOL Organisational Members.
Highlighted listing (date/title/descriptive/venue/provider/cost/phone/email/web)
  • £30 for IOL Organisation members (per listing).
  • £50 for IOL Individual Members or non Members (per listing).

To place the listing please send the information below by email, in the order listed, to Fiona at IOL, providing the following information. We need ALL the following information to be able to place your listing:

          • ORGANISATION NAME and IOL MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
          • Course/Event CATEGORY (as per the colour coded box titles above)
          • Course/Event TITLE
          • Precise DATE of the event (start AND end date)
          • VENUE and TOWN of the event
          • EMAIL and WEB ADDRESS - these are listed but not linked on a free listing
          • PHONE NUMBER for enquiries (linking email and web addresses are not published in a free listing)
          • Course/Event COST, COST to IOL Members (if offering a discounted rate)
          • If you are paying for a highlighted listing, please include email and web links and up to 200 words of descriptive.

We will endeavour to list all Courses/Events within 3 working days of receipt, though most will be placed on the day of receipt if we receive them by 10:00am. The listings are updated on this site twice during each 24 hour period.

  • Listings remain visible on the site until the date of the course/event.
