HSE Guidance on School Trips

HSE School Trip Guidance

The HSE has produced new guidelines for School Trips with a helpful over and illustrative case studies.

The guidelines should help prevent accidents but do not provide guidance on what a school should record, to aid in defending a prosecution in the event of an accident.
